AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR A SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY CONSORTIUM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty-five thousand five hundred dollars ($185,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the development and implementation of a school technology consortium. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
