    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 625, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "AN APPROPRIATION".

    2. On page 1, line 24, remove the brackets and line through "and".

    3. On page 2, line 1, after "registration", strike "; and pay the required registration fees".

    4. On page 4, line 10, after "general", strike "and pay the required fees".

    5. On page 5, line 18 through page 6, line 20, strike Sections 3 and 4 in their entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    7. On page 6, line 25, strike "registration" and insert in lieu thereof "late".

    8. On page 7, line 1, strike "appropriations,", after "grants", strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "donations", insert "and other money as may be allocated from settlements and awards, not to exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)".

    9. On page 7, line 7, after "Act" insert "and to carry out the purposes of this act".

    10. On page 7, strike lines 8 through 13 in their entirety.
