SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILLS 109, 187 and 603

is reported WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 6, line 9, after "code", remove the bracket and

line-through to the end of the line.

    2. On page 6, line 10, remove the line-through.

    3. On page 6, line 11, remove the line-through and closing bracket.

    4. On page 21, line 25, before the semicolon, insert "subject to the provisions of Section 66-5-29 NMSA 1978".
