AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER AT CLOVIS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred sixty-two thousand dollars ($362,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to enhance services and capability at the agricultural science center at Clovis. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
