AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE FILM ADVISORY BOARD TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO NATIVE AMERICAN YOUTH AND TEENAGERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the governor's council on film and media industries for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to provide training to Native American youth and teenagers in the film and television industry, including production and writing. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
