AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL SERVICE FOR WEBCASTING LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to plan and design a system and purchase and install equipment required to webcast legislative sessions. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
