AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE STATE LIBRARY SYSTEM TO DEVELOP A PROSTATE CANCER REFERENCE SECTION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the library division of the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to develop within the state library system a prostate cancer reference section. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
