    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 464

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, after "airport" insert:

"if the municipality or, if outside a municipality, the county, in which the real estate is located furnishes to the seller, upon request, a map that includes the airport and the area within a three-mile radius of the airport".

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike "agent" and insert in lieu thereof "licensee".

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike "agent" and insert in lieu thereof "licensee".

    4. On page 2, line 1, after "municipality" insert "or, if outside a municipality, the county,".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
