SENATE BILL 452

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "established by rule promulgated by the department" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen dollars ($15.00)".

    2. On page 2, line 3, strike "established by rule promulgated by the department" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty dollars ($20.00)".

    3. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "established by rule promulgated by the department" and insert in lieu thereof "seven dollars ($7.00)".

    4. On page 2, line 12, strike "thirty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".
