has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "VALLEY".

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "ACADEMY" insert a period and strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 in its entirety.

    3. On page 1, line 19, strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years 2005 and".

    4. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "fund special programmatic needs of" and insert in lieu thereof "provide professional development, technology and telecommunications equipment and library and audiovisual materials for".

    5. On page 1, line 20, strike "valley".

    6. On page 1, line 21, after "school" insert a period and strike the remainder of the line and strike line 22 through the period.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
