AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A CREATIVE MEDIA CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million three hundred thousand dollars ($2,300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 and succeeding fiscal years to support a creative media center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
