    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 364

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following subsection:

         "H. "minor" means a person younger than eighteen years of age who is not married, is not on active duty in the armed forces and has not been declared emancipated by a court of law;".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 3, line 14, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 15 in its entirety.

    4. On page 3, line 18, strike "eighteen years of age or older" and insert in lieu thereof "not a minor".

    5. On page 3, lines 18 and 19, strike "under eighteen years of age" and insert in lieu thereof "a minor".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
