    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "A PARTIAL" and insert in lieu thereof "AN".

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike "PAY" and insert in lieu thereof "PENSIONS". 

    3. On page 1, line 20, strike "an".

    4. On page 1, line 21, strike "amount not to exceed fifty percent of".

    5. On page 1, line 22, strike "is" and insert in lieu thereof "are".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
