has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 21, after "means" insert "any system that is designed to discharge less than two thousand gallons per day and that is subject to rules promulgated by the environmental improvement board pursuant to Paragraph (3) of Subsection A of Section 74-1-8 NMSA 1978 or".

    2. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "aerobic treatment units and".

    3. On page 2, line 25, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    4. On page 3, line 1, strike "or making any" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    5. On page 3, line 2, strike the second occurrence of "quality" and insert in lieu thereof "quantity".

    6. On page 7, line 5, after "systems" insert "and public wastewater facilities".

    7. On page 8, line 14, insert "$" before "200".

    8. On page 8, line 16, insert "$" before "200".

    9. On page 9, line 18, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "five".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
