    1. On page 12, strike lines 3 through 5 in their entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    2. On page 13, line 11, strike "or".

    3. On page 13, line 13, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

    4. On page 13, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following:

             "(3) while carrying a passenger.".
