has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 15 and 16, strike "two hundred dollars ($200)" and insert in lieu thereof "two thousand dollars ($2,000)".

    2. On page 3, line 17, after the first occurrence of "person" insert ", organization, association or entity".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
