SENATE BILL 177

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, after "SERVICES" insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    2. On page 1, line 19, after "repealed" insert "effective January 1, 2005".

    3. On page 1, after line 19, insert the following new section to read:

    "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
