has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 13, line 21, after the period insert:

    "If an affirmative vote of three members of the committee cannot be achieved, then the determination of exclusivity shall be made by the full board.".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
