AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CRIME VICTIMS REPARATION FUND FOR SERVICES TO SURVIVORS OF HOMICIDE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars ($438,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the crime victims reparation fund for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to provide support, advocacy and services for surviving family and friends of homicide victims. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
