SENATE BILL 115

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 10, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 11 and 12, and insert in lieu thereof:

         "Money from the fund may also be used to reimburse the authority for actual expenses incurred in administering the fund in an amount not to exceed five percent of total funds disbursed from the fund.".
