AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, MATHEMATICS AND AEROSPACE ACADEMY AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to continue the science, engineering, mathematics and aerospace academy at New Mexico state university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
