    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 75

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike "state-owned".

    2. On page 3, line 15, strike "state-owned".

    3. On page 3, line 18, after "division" insert ", from any source other than revenue distributed pursuant to Section 7-1-6.7 NMSA 1978,".

    4. On page 3, lines 19 and 20, strike "state-owned".

    5. On page 3, lines 23 and 24, strike "revert to" and replace with "be deposited in".

    6. On page 3, line 24, after the period, insert "Balances in the fund shall not be transferred and shall not revert to any other fund.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
