    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 54, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE WATER AND WASTEWATER PROJECT GRANT FUND;".

    2. On page 1, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following to read:

         "1. to the El Prado water and sanitation district in Taos county for the purchase of water rights and associated administrative costs;".

    3. On page 2, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following subsection to read:

             "7. to La Union mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county for a water project;".

    4. On page 3, strike lines 18 through 25 in their entirety and renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    5. Renumber the succeeding subsections accordingly.
