On page 1, line 20, before the period, insert "; provided, however, that the provisions of this section do not apply to voting systems purchased in accordance with the provisions of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 to assist voters subject to the provisions of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990".
