HOUSE BILL 1059

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 42, line 15, before "GENERAL" insert "BOND AND".

     2. On page 42, line 21, after "files" insert "with the board:".

     3. On page 42, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following paragraph:

                "(1) a surety bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) executed by a surety company authorized to do business in this state; and".

     4. On page 43, line 8, before "a" insert the paragraph designation "(2)".

     5. On page 43, line 9, strike "with the board".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
