AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR HOUSING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES FOR INDIGENT ELDERLY RESIDENTS OF SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to contract for provision of housing and other support services for indigent elderly residents of San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
