has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 16, strike "twenty" and insert in lieu thereof "ten".

     2. On page 11, line 20, before the period insert ", including, for small solid waste facilities, procedures for requesting a hearing".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
