has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike “local”.

    2. On page 1, strike line 17 in it’s entirety and on line 18, strike “administration” and insert in lieu thereof “to the board of regents at New Mexico state university”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
