     1. On page 1, line 13, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "AND".

     2. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "AND THE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE ON LONG-TERM CARE; REPEALING THE LONG-TERM SERVICES ACT".

     3. On page 24, line 19, strike ", 24-17A-1 through 24-17A-5".

     4. On page 24, lines 21 and 22, strike ", Laws 1998, Chapter 82, Sections 1 through 5".
