AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT A CONFERENCE TO COORDINATE STATE AND TRIBAL EFFORTS TO PROMOTE TOURISM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to conduct a conference at the Pueblo of Santa Ana to coordinate state and tribal efforts to promote tourism in the state. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
