has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 20, before "gaming" insert "racetrack".

     2. On page 3, line 23, strike "race track" and insert in lieu thereof "racetrack".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
