AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR A BACHELOR'S DEGREE PROGRAM IN ATHLETIC TRAINING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the operation of a bachelor's degree program in athletic training. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
