has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, after "the" insert "state".

    2. On page 2, line 14, before "museum" insert "state".

    3. On page 2, line 14, after the period insert the following: "Revenues in the fund earned by a specific division shall be expended by that division.".
