AN ACT
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT RESERVE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AND QUEMADO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS.--
A. Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for professional development and extracurricular activities in the Reserve independent school district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
B. Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for professional development and extracurricular activities in the Quemado independent school district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
