    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 938, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 1, after "services" insert ", provided that any funds transferred by a county for a health insurance flexibility and accountability waiver program shall only be used for residents of the county making the transfer".

    2. On page 2, line 17, after the first occurrence of "fund" insert ", provided that income earned from any funds transferred from a county for support of a health insurance flexibility and accountability waiver program shall only be used for expenditures in that waiver program in that county".

    3. On page 2, line 22, after the comma insert "provided that any funds transferred by a county for a health insurance flexibility and accountability waiver program shall only be used for residents of the county making the transfer".

    4. On page 2, line 25, after the comma insert "not to include any amount appropriated for a health insurance flexibility and accountability waiver program,".

    5. On page 3, line 5, after "year" insert ", not to include any amount appropriated for a health insurance flexibility and accountability waiver program,".
