    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 930

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 18, before "Receipts" insert the subsection designation "A.".

     2. On page 1, line 18, after "research" strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and after "development" strike ", test" and insert in lieu thereof "and testing".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike the ending quotation mark.

     4. On page 1, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

          "B. As used in this section, "testing and evaluation" means planning, preparing or conducting tests of materials, components or systems."".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
