has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 10, after the second occurrence of "the" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 11 up to "for" and insert in lieu thereof "violation occurred".

     2. On page 3, line 11, strike “a”.

     3. On page 3, line 12, strike “prohibitory or mandatory” and insert in lieu thereof “an”.

     4. On page 3, line 14, after “section” strike the remainder of the line, and strike line 15 through “ injunction”.

     5. On page 3, line 23, after "mayordomo" insert "or commission".

     6. On page 5, line 5, strike "ditch", strike line 6, strike line 7 up to "for" and insert in lieu thereof "violation occurred".

     7. On page 5, line 7, strike “a prohibitory or mandatory”, and insert in lieu thereof “an”.

     8. On page 5, line 9, strike strike “; provided,” and strike line 10 in its entirety.

     9. On page 5, line 11, strike “in seeking such injunction”.

     10. On page 5, line 15, strike “he” and insert in lieu thereof “the mayordomo”.

     11. On page 5, line 16, strike “his” and insert in lieu thereof “the mayordomo’s”.

     12. On page 5, line 21, remove the brackets and line through and strike the underscored language.

     13. On page 5, line 22, strike the underscored language and remove the brackets and line-through.
