has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, strike “third” and insert in lieu thereof “fourth”.

    2. On page 2, line 4, strike “second” and insert in lieu thereof “third”.

    3. Strike Subsection D in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
