    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 903

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 6, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "if:

                (1) the public utility has filed an application with the local jurisdiction for approval of the location of the transmission lines and associated facilities; and

                (2) the local jurisdiction disapproves or fails to act on the public utility's application within six months of the date filed by the public utility.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
