have had them under consideration and reports same with recommendation that they DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILLS 890 AND 921

is reported WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 1, lines 18 through 23, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
