has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, after "FOR" insert "A STANDARDIZED".

     2. On page 1, line 12, strike "PLATES" and insert in lieu thereof "PLATE WITH A LOGO".

     3. On page 1, line 20, after "issue" insert "a standardized".

     4. On page 1, line 21, strike "plates" and insert in lieu thereof "plate with a logo specified pursuant to Section 66-3-424 NMSA 1978".

     5. On page 1, lines 22 and 23, strike "in accordance with the provisions of this section and" and insert in lieu thereof ". The division".

     6. On page 1, line 25, strike "plates" and insert in lieu thereof "plate with a logo".

     7. On page 2, line 1, after "The" insert "division, in consultation with the".

     8. On page 2, line 2, after "commission" insert a comma.

     9. On page 2, line 3, strike "plate" and insert in lieu thereof "logo".,
