HOUSE BILL 874, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 7, line 5, after the second dash insert "APPLICABLE EXEMPTIONS AND DEDUCTIONS--".

     2. On page 7, line 11, after the period insert "The exemptions and deductions applied to gross receipts for the purpose of determining the gross receipts tax due pursuant to the Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax Act apply to gross receipts for the purpose of determining the water and sanitation gross receipts tax due pursuant to the Water and Sanitation District Act.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
