    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 869

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 4, strike "seven" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

    2. On page 5, line 5, strike "one" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

    3. On page 5, line 7, before "Members" insert "Each member shall be from a different geographic region of the state.".

    4. On page 5, lines 8 and 9, strike "The governor" and insert in lieu thereof "Members".

    5. On page 5, line 9, after "commission" insert a period and strike the remainder of the line.

    6. On page 5, line 10, strike "members may select a vice chairperson from the membership.".
