HOUSE BILL 868, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 9, line 4, after the first comma insert “the lesser of one percent of the project fund or”.

    2. On page 9, line 11, after the first comma insert “the lesser of five percent of the project fund or”.

    3. On page 10, strike Section 9 in its entirety.
