    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 867

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after the semicolon, insert "IMPOSING PROPERTY TAX ON CAPTIVE DEER AND ELK;".

    2. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike the colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

    3. On page 2, line 15, strike the semicolon and "or" and insert a period.

    4. On page 2, strike lines 16 through 18 in their entirety.

    5. On page 2, line 21, strike "method", strike line 22 in its entirety and on line 23, strike "factor" and insert in lieu thereof "use of land for the lawful taking of game shall not be considered".

    6. On page 3, line 13, after "land", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 14 through "on" and insert in lieu thereof "the bona fide and primary use of which is".

    7. On page 3, line 14, after "elk", strike "or", strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety and on line 17, strike the line through the comma.

    8. On page 3, line 18, after "deer", insert "shall be valued and taxed as sheep" and before "elk", insert "captive".
