has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 9, after "fund" insert "to the general fund".

     2. On page 11, line 20, strike ""dependent as"" and insert in lieu thereof ""dependent" as".

     3. On page 15, line 20, after "project", insert "on which the initial workover is performed on or after July 1, 2005 and".

     4. On page 16, line 8, after "project", insert "on which the initial workover is performed on or after July 1, 2005 and".

     5. On page 22, line 11, strike "Sections 8 and" and insert in lieu thereof "Section".

     6. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     7. On page 22, line 18, after "7", insert "through 9".
