has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 28, line 21, strike "if the person has failed to", strike line 22 in its entirety and on line 23, strike "section,".

     2. On page 41, line 19, remove the brackets and line through "in full" and strike "thirty" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred eighty".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
