AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUPPORT OF A BASEBALL TEAM AT LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION--LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the purpose of supporting a baseball team at Luna vocational-technical institute. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
