    Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 782

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 23, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a comma and "provided that prior to expenditure of any of this appropriation on construction or system implementation, the city of Santa Fe, either by itself or through the national nonprofit land conservation organization, shall consult with the state engineer and obtain any water rights permits required by the state engineer.",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
