    1. Strike the senate corporations and transportation committee amendment.

    2. On page 3, line 3, strike "surcharges" and insert in lieu thereof "this surcharge" and before the period, insert "; to the state, a county, a municipality or other governmental entity; to a public school district; to a public institution of higher education; or to an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo".
